Parking situation tricky with limited lots. Shuttle from the airport non-existent and taxi situation a hassle. Location feels far from the airport, especially in snow with luggage. Additional charges for extra guests even when booked for a four-bed room.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

A surprisingly comfortable stay! The hotel features clean, spacious rooms with incredibly plush beds. Just a short walk from the train station and near multiple convenience stores, it's perfect for travelers. The friendly staff and nearby bakery were delightful touches. A great spot to rest before your next journey!

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room for one night at Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose, and it was such a comfortable experience! The room was not only clean but also well-equipped with premium bedding and air conditioning. The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting us with a taxi to the airport, especially since we had large luggage to manage. Plus, the location is fantastic, just a quick ride to the airport!

The hotel's parking situation was a bit tricky.
